Our signature community affairs program, Full Futures, was launched in recognition of the vital role schools play in providing daily nutrition to children. This 5-year, $5 million commitment to the school nutrition environment started in 2021 in our hometown of Camden, New Jersey, and expanded to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2023.
Our ten years of work in food access and nutrition during Campbell’s Healthy Communities program uncovered an opportunity to advance the school food environment—from cafeteria equipment, to expanded meal programs, to menu reformulation and more. Schools play a vital role in providing daily nutrition to children, and we believe we can make a meaningful impact on enhancing the school nutrition environment. We are working closely with a broad range of partners, including from public, private, and non-profit sectors.
