George Vindiola, Senior Vice President, Research & Development for Snacks, joined the company in 2016.

George leads Research & Development (R&D) for our Snacks division, which includes innovation on brands like Goldfish, Pepperidge Farm, Snyder’s of Hanover, Lance, Kettle Brand, and Cape Cod and the company’s Latin America and global exports businesses. He also leads the R&D functional talent programs, to help employees develop their careers and strengthen technical capabilities. He reports to the President of Snacks.

George joined the company to work on R&D for Pepperidge Farm brands and began leading R&D for the Snacks division in 2018.

With extensive experience in the food industry, George began his career at PepsiCo/Frito-Lay where he worked for 20 years in various roles with responsibilities that included innovation pipeline development and pilot plant operations.  

George earned his Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station.
