Our annual Employee Giving Campaign is a way for our employees to come together to raise money for non-profit organizations and the causes that are important to them. With employee contributions and matches from the Campbell Soup Foundation, we’re providing more than $1.2 million to organizations doing impactful work.
During the campaign, the Campbell Soup Foundation provided a 100% match to all employee giving, and covered all processing fees, so every dollar directly supported the organizations our employees chose.

Employees can contribute to a non-profit organization of their choice or to a fund—a group of organizations addressing the same cause. This year, employees could contribute to a new Full Futures Fund—which supports key partners in our new school nutrition initiative, Full Futures: A School Nutrition Partnership. This five year, $5 million investment is focused on fostering a school nutrition environment that ensures all students are well-nourished and ready to thrive at school and in life. The Full Futures Fund received more than $52,000 in employee giving and matches through the campaign.
Our giving campaign also supported timely disaster relief efforts. Following the devastation of tornadoes that tore through six states in the Midwest and South on December 10th, we created the Midwest Tornado Relief and Recovery Fund, which included partners working to assist with search and rescue, provide safe housing, food and water, and distribute restaurant quality meals to first responders and those affected. Organizations include the American Red Cross, Convoy of Hope, Mercy Chefs, Team Rubicon, and CARE.

To kickoff this year’s campaign we unveiled the rebranding of our Community Affairs initiatives to Campbell Cares. The new branding aligns with our new purpose and values—particularly our value to care about each other, our consumers and customers, the communities we serve, and the planet we share.
To further raise awareness and share why certain causes and non-profits are meaningful to them, employees shared their thoughts on cards that were posted throughout the campaign.
In addition to our Employee Giving Campaign, throughout the giving season, our office and manufacturing locations came together to care for their communities.
Employees at our Bloomfield, Connecticut and Denver, Pennsylvania plants both held toy drives to benefit Toys for Tots.
Our Category Leadership team in Charlotte, North Carolina, worked with Hope Match, a non-profit organization which supports families in need, to sponsor a family of four during the holiday season.
In Camden, New Jersey, members of our Research & Development team collected items to fill 80 backpacks of toiletries and 50 boxes of holiday food items for families in need at St. John Church.
Whether an employee made a donation or helped a neighbor in need, we’re so grateful for our Campbell family and their dedication to caring for others.
