Daniel L. Poland was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Enterprise Transformation Officer in November 2024.
Dan leads Campbell’s Enterprise Transformation Office, focusing on accelerating business performance, elevating capabilities, and driving continuous improvement. The Enterprise Transformation Office is a cross-functional team that leads digital transformation, integrated business planning, innovation process, food safety and quality, sustainability, and creation of the supply chain network of the future. Dan is a member of the Operating Committee, which focuses on Board-level matters and the development of the Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan. He reports to the CEO.
Poland joined the company in 2022 as Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer.
Dan has extensive experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) having served in senior supply chain, operations, plant management and research and development roles both with large, leading corporations and high-growth companies.
Prior to joining the company, he was the Chief Operating Officer of KIND Snacks from 2019 through 2021.
Before that, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Pinnacle Foods. He spent several years as Vice President of North America Supply Chain for WhiteWave Foods. Earlier in his career, Dan spent approximately 15 years at H.J. Heinz Company, where he held roles ranging from Plant Manager through Chief Supply Chain Officer of Heinz North America. He began his career with Gerber and Nestle.
Dan earned his Bachelor of Science in agricultural engineering from Michigan State University and his Master of Business Administration in business and finance from the University of Iowa.
